Use of the dark web relies on emotion and anger whereas use of the light web requires knowledge and control with the absence of emotion. Essentially, if you are using the web out of anger, lust, greed, vengeance, or fear, you likely channel the dark web. Light web users mainly use the web to help or defend others. Also, people channeling the dark web can shoot lightning.

There's a pretty distinct difference between the "deep" web and the "dark" web. Deep web generally just refers to regular websites that refuse to be indexed by search engines, and generally aren't linked towards. These websites are hard to find because they don't want to be found (they won't show up in google etc), but you can access them normally if you do know how to find them.
The dark web generally refers to encrypted networks such as Tor (It's Tor, not TOR. See: https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq.html.en#WhyCalledTor) or I2P. For Tor your best bet is probably looking through The Hidden Wiki. Note that dark web sites generally don't mind hosting illegal content as it's near impossible for them to be taken down or reprimanded. Deep web sites operate as regular websites, so they may get in more trouble for hosting illegal content if caught.
For @511,512 (A) you probably need neither the deep or dark web. I'm sure the pics are somewhere on reddit, 4chan, or elsewhere. I don't think it's illegal to host such pictures either, so yeah.

The Dark Web is a law enforcement term for the deep web. Its an attempt to make it out like its only used for people doing illegal things. Is it? I dont know of any legit uses except avoiding government monitoring, and ban evasion.

Tor's official intended usage is the avoidance of government oppression in less civilized countries, where there is no freedom of speech and people their life's would be endangered if they are caught speaking their mind.
