Probably not? There's CP, drugs, and more CP. Oh, and drugs. Then there's some carding (stolen CCs/PayPal/etc.) sites, a few shitty sites with some "OMG SECRET/BANNED" PDFs (think The Anarchist Cookbook), and precious little else. There are some interesting things, but they're few and far between.

Id bet you cant, maybe if you search very hard you could find one, but for themost part there is only cp, drugs and conspiracy theorists

@OP
As far as I know in most cases court transcripts are public record and they are available to anyone for a fee.

There are a good amount of crimes that have all sorts of information sealed away.

Poke around some forums and you'll probably dig up all kinds of shit. I've seen crime scene photos at places like http://www.documentingreality.com/forum/ it's been a few years since I've been in that part of the internet, I can't remember all the sites, but people find all kinds of morbid stuff and share it.
Used to be pretty good. I can't vouch for it now, but you might give it a look.

Transcripts aren't regularly made of court proceedings until or unless someone needs them for an appeal. You can often find them as part of the appellate record then but yeah, for a fee. There are online legal databases that would have them, perhaps if you lived near a public law school you could do some digging at their library for free.
