No, I lack all possible motor skills to make this work; just wondering if it were possible since I'd imagine it'll take a lot of wiring to connect each button to what needs to be done and cannot see how you can configure it without re-attaching the wires.

ok so you would attach the controller to a computer. The computer program would analyze everything that's going on with the controller, and then use another attachment to the car to control the steering etc. Every car has a standardized connector, but I'm not sure if that gives access over steering/pedals. It'd likely require some modifications to the car, but on the controller side you just hook that nigga up to some software and have that software talk to the car. You wouldn't want to directly connect the controller to the car. This computer could be a relatively small microcontroller, or a laptop or whatever.

For controlling an actual vehicle you probably want something less prone to accepting signal interference and with less latency than a wireless Bluetooth gamepad.
