alright, where's catherine, i need her to go to twitch.tv and find out what servers popular streamers are playing on. many of them post their realms on their about sections. and look for stream teams, or people that play as a group and all stream their game play. find us a few realms and post the streamers handle here so we'll know who's channel we're looking to attack. be sure the servers allow pvp and have forums to troll.

It has come to my attention that many streamers play on the larger server currently available. This list contains servers that allow PvP and can be sorted by servers with the Factions mod, as you know. We need to identify which of the largest servers are free2play and don't have a bunch of ridiculous rules. Once we have identified the servers we want to attack (or can attack) then we can look for players on a list of streamers that is being compiled by one of my spies.
yes, we already have spies, and if any of you would like to volunteer then do as this clever individual and contact me by secret means and you will be assigned a mission. i can't not say anything further without compromising security.

I also hope you are aware that thanks in part to the DMCA takedown; most servers that use bukkit, spigot, or any other server client that runs plugins are stuck on 1.7, while spigot has an exploit that allows for 1.8 clients to connect to 1.7 servers.

i've been following the dev blog for a long time, and the way they make progress is really off. First they got a pretty decent game, then started over. This means they acknowledged the first version was shit architectually, and it's likely they are somewhat incompetent and don't think things through. The anticheat they picked (EasyAntiCheat) is awful, and there are plenty of hacks that bypass it still. It also spies on you.
I mean, they do have potential of making a pretty nice game. I liked the first version, haven't played the new one much. The concept is solid, but their work seems low quality. I also expected more since it's same devs as Garry's Mod but I guess that leverages the half life engine for most of its stuff.

The current branch is pretty shit. Massive pop-in, very low density of resources/animals, very few things to actually do even when you get set up. It is I think a solid 3-6 months of updates away from being fun to play.

Like anon said, the game was actually not too bad initially but the devs scrapped it all and rebuilt the game from the ground up so basically the first 6(?) months of the game's development were wasted.
