The amount of drama they cause makes me not want to visit Minichan and I know I'm not the only one who feels like this.

Neither of them add vale to ANY topic they post in, I was told in confidence that Matt's shit posting would be better regulated but I haven't seen any evidence to back that claim.
If this was a "normal" user they would have been banned already.

I am pretty sure I've not seen any reports come by from you. We cannot read every single post on this board the moment they're made. I've been encouraging people to report this shit, but it still barely happens. I'll delete any of this shit the moment I see it (as long as a bunch of idiots haven't started responding to it already). Some exceptions I make are their own threads if they're not too bad.

And to answer your questions, we generally don't permaban shitposters! This only happens when people are really consistent and annoying, such as ShitArse posting 5-10 racism threads a day, or hindu guy spamming about 30 twitter-esque topics a day which hold the same title and body. Even so, hindu guy's topics just got automatically merged in a thread instead of being banned (but he voluntarily stopped posting).
We don't really ban that much, and I don't think they're getting special consideration here. If bans do happen, they are usually short term. However both Matt & Syntax are proficient at evading bans, so these are not very useful. If they are banned a systematic solution would have to be used such as banning all of China.
