Yes but for sure I want my food to be prepared under hygienic conditions with foods that are safe to eat without any added effluents
Dinner 2nite is in fact out of freezer from making wayyyyyyy to much Green Chile Pork Stew with Hominy and pertatoes - Lots of Pasilla chiles and tomatillo's and Jalapenos and I mean LOTS with Terrific quality pork and chicken stock just a bit and kinda my invention as sorta
Flour Tortillas and if I get ok from a Client a German beer - Life is tough when it takes ok to have glass of beer with dinner but then again yearly retainer as cash in advance so client gets wot they get for paying4
And yes I wash the Chiles in clean water - a few places in this world have none of such.

Odd thing is my receipe was inspired by a Food writer who had a tv show an published a lot of popular books. Turns out he was a minister who also ended up ministering [ordained as minister in the United Methodist Church, to young students just as Pedophile Matt did and was fired - 7 former teens ended up with lots of money to buy them off so the write remained out of jail

Syntax confused this with the “what are you having for dinner” thread.

I replied on topic and it was timely as it was my dinner plan. WAS was the Operative Word because in fact the plan failed. GF marked stuff in Freezer with labels on bags and one was transposed so as, Pot roast defrosted instead of the Green Pork Chile Stew - Had my heart set on the spice which did not come to pass but the Pot Roast leftovers were FANTASTIC
Taco Tuesday has now passed happily so Freezer will just have to keep freezing the Stew
Wazzz my reply not on topic?

Might try a buffer b4 spicy. Something to act as a barrier - May sound weird but Ice cream b4 loading up on spice - Check web to see wot works for others - I do no people that do use the ice cream trick and also its know among the Latino crowd around here that when its time to eliminate what the body cannot digest - Ice cream is favored

I would if I weren't so lactose intolerant. After a couple spoonfuls of ice cream or a couple sips of milk my stomach starts having the worst pains ever. And on top of that my body is rejecting it out my ass lol.

15 mins to go and then I hand over one weird Satellite to Louisianan people and pour myself a long cold Scotch.
Have now an exgf who's daughter was lactose intolerant. Frozen yogurt was a great solution and I wonder about all the new items they have including milk and ice creams with the --hummm is it something that makes the product compatible with lactose intolerant people - Planet Earth is full of such people.

Hmm. I'll have to look into that. I've heard of pills taking beforehand, but for me it's like... I don't plan to eat, I just eat ya know? Although, if it's already added in, that's pretty legit. Also, it's funny to think that some people can digest lactose, because humans aren't supposed to be able to normally. It's a genetic mutation, which isn't a bad one I'll say. But the question still lingers, who's the guy that decided to suck a cow'a utter to find that out? That, I believe, is the question of the century.

What part of Green Chiles - Pasilla and Jalapenos ...fails to accurately succulenty & indubitable, answer the question
@510,131 (H)
Entered one contest in a chile cookoff in the 80' and WE as a ski club did win 1st place nor was it for Green chile variations - Limited to Red only
Check out your supermarket and then a major health food operation like Sprouts or Whole foods. I wonder how anyone figured out that Artichokes are edible - Perhaps after a major brush fire

Get your ass back here for 2nd. I gots mail from a mostly TC member who lurks here and she yes she said that I missed This U said > pasillas aren't spicy
That statement is perhaps on occasions I hope are few - So that means on most occasions you are VERY Incorrect. One it depends on where they were farmed - In New Mexico the numbers I am about to show you are incorrect! I think my Mom once picked up a batch of Pasillas aka Pablano's (this gets tricky n for some other picky poster to figure out) AND that batch was mostly my dinner because family and invited guests could only eat the 1st 1/3 portion of each Chile Relleno she served. New Mexico variety Pablanos or Pasillas can be hotter then Jalepenos
So regular Pablanos and Pasillas are rated on the gold scale the Scoville scale 1000 -1500
Jalapenos are rated 2,500–10,000 - Look at that spread
Habaneros 100,000–300,000
Lillywhite, Jay M.; Simonsen, Jennifer E.; Uchanski, Mark E. (2013). "Spicy Pepper Consumption and Preferences in the United States.". HortTechnology 23
"Any pepper type with ≥ 1 SHU could be considered spicy. However, for this study, paprika (0–300 SHU), New Mexico long green or red chile (300–500 SHU), and poblano/ancho (≈1369 SHU) types were included as mild spicy peppers

"Reported pungencies for pepper varieties (in Scoville units) are: Habanero (H), 100,000–300,000; Thai green (T), 50,000–100,000; wax (W), 5,000–10,000; and Poblano verde (P), 1,000–1,500 (ref. 23)."

There indeed was one and if all goes well there will be another soon. Small celebrations that should lead to one hell of a celebration.
Today there was perchance a very high risk of loss of a key client who could have self destructed. Conference call to all investors - Opposite of self destruction
Small celebration so it b so it was so will b more
