Ork ribs in rice are a Skaven delicacy.

Impossible! The Skaven are in Warhammer Fantasy, so they don't have Orks, who are in Warhammer 40K.
But they do have Orcs, who are like Orks but in medieval times.

Your Orks eat Squigs
Squigs (short for "Squiggly Beasts") are the simplest known form of Orkoid life. There are many types of Squig, each generally filling some functional or utilitarian role in the Ork ecosystem. They currently serve as the Orks' primary food source, much like herd animals are for humans.

I guess that you can add Xenologist to your long list of accolades. The Imperium of Man would be proud.

No one cares what you ate, fatso. I ate edamame, okra, and brown rice.

Oh wow. I had just assumed it was the same race in 40k. Looking at the wiki they are a whole different thing. (because I totally needed to get lost reading the Warhammer Wiki for a whole hour)

Easy mistake to make. 40K borrows heavily from Warhammer Fantasy, which it was a spin-off of. When they made it, it pretty much was just Warhammer Fantasy in space. They've become more distinct since then, but they still share lots of things.

I no all the ingredients except had to Google Seitan. Damn Chanterelles are almost never to be found around here - Amazing Mushrooms first tasted in Colorado on extended hikes.
