Yes for those who have to endure horrid just horrid medical pain where drugs do not make for any quality of life

No... for mental problems because I know far to many who tried Suicide out of depression - failed and now are wayyy more better and are years past such depression

Maybe, is perhaps a silly addition?
or for people in mental pain who find drugs fail them and have tried every therapy under/in/ the book.
