Lived worked in Russia over a period of one decade. Prior to that during the cold war b4 the wall came down in Germany - visited after sunset and departed b4 sunrise

I am only free to GEO Locate just two of the several - Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk. Those are even more easy to spot except in winter as they have huge White Radomes to protect from snow storms and keep all warm. -50 is ok to work in if one must not ok for 6 Meter dishes to move rapidly as they must. And no no I was never ever allowed to wander around inside the bad guys rooms - Thick very thick brick walls with no doorways in - To get into work ever day was an ordeal - about 50 security guards each checking my papers as if it were the very first time they see me. Never a smile or any chit chat. Mean as fuck as if in the dark ages of war. Inside Russians very nice and in town even more then nice and outgoing including the Russian Mafia who are ultra visible to all at all times.
