Boiled Red potatoes with a dash of black pepper pinch of salt dash of dry rosemary - maybe a drizzle of olive oil or for those who are not looking for a long life - butter

U want word salad you wood get such from me to answer yet its late Sunday afternoon - two clients scream in my ears - and evening plans are waiting for me to help prep a pot luck item n select a couple 3 wines to impress a difficult group of people that need a lesson in fyne wine examples

So I Leave u with just one item - Lesson learned about Food I hated - Now Love - as kiddlet I hated the texture n taste of Italian squash

Grandmother on dads side invited me to stay for weekend up in LA area and I lived in Long Beach about 45 mins away - was maybe 12 and watched my Russian grandmother prep dinner and there was that bowl of Squash- So I said I HATE that stuff - She said Y and I said Texture mushy yuck - no flavor yuck

She proceed to wow me and change my mind - Not mushy not tasteless and since then anytime I have something I hate I figure some culture has figured out a way to make it wonderful for my tastes..

Still do not like Beets but the tops in Russian Borscht beet soup is A ok in my book - I just toss the beets

I have eaten an entire four ounce wedge of blue cheese while guzzling Franziæ (can't remember the flavor, but probably the pink one).
