Once you have the job, allow a suitable period to prove your efficiency as a worker. Once you have accomplished this, inform your employers that you are transitioning. Under most state and federal laws, you cannot be dismissed for reasons of gender or sexuality.

This is assuming you genuinely want to work.

Why are you making duplicate threads?

I once talked to a 55 year old recently-transitioning woman on this chatroom somewhere; the employer got around that by firing her for 'incompetence.'
