They would both tell their story from the beginning without interference from the other side.
Any statement would need to be backed up with substantial evidence. Obviously there would need to be an unbiased moderator, preferably skilled in debating.
This could be done using Skype and then livestreamed. The money generated from ads could be used to fund Minichan development.

After proving he was to Sacred Heart Academy (actually I never contacted them) FBI did and next day MATT was canned.
