They insist on registration which I did not want to do so I just messed around with the Url until I got a sense of the directory tree and tried dis n dat and got in as if a member.
Its been a long tyme but I remember wondering why they needed to lock entry up. Nothing there that needed protection THAT I could see on a fast view. Did not poke around all that much and then left

Vague HELL YES - Its a forum that should not be messed with. People trying to help other people out who have need to be helped
If I was less vague with say a hint of how - others might decide to get in - and shoot one can just go in the front door and register - I on the other hand and a few minutes to murk around
R U telling me you never play with URL?
On early versions of HTML say era 1998-2003 or so - One could add all kinds of commands on the Url line and get server to for instance I could GEO locate a user but no not to house but close enough LOL
It was an Echo call back command much like as found in Unix LINUX - If memory still works - In Unix and for even MS 2000 servers you could at client end add
echo Hello world and then get echo * | wc and the echo command wood be put at the very end of the URL string - and from there with \onxxx for octal or \xHxxx for Hex you could convert to users IP
Been wayyyy to long but with the octal read you also got a branch or set of numbers and with some work you could input the cable company to get your closer to the area of the very last digits of the IP
It only worked 70% of the tyme because of variations of Apache and with MS servers you could even see the IP on top of the URL at end with \echo $HOME. Miss those days of easy play
Each generation of HTML became more secure until recently where people now grab on2 traffic and get it on a Cisco router they own and then they can hold traffic for a few milliseconds - copy all including the full email on traffic and then send the traffic on its way with no one having a clue
Web so many holes its a fucking honey trap for all the wrong reasons now

Yes buttt in limited rooms- Unless they changed policy and made it wide open? Back when Cathy asked me to look in I did and found it locked in most places but with open names of wot was going on inside
Can only tell u wot I saw waaay back when. Like maybe two years ago?
