Once and only Once and with a letter to them registered with receipt for evidence, letting them know I wood not be paying tax owed for up to 3 years but with the cash in advance for that time period in a savings account with offer in letter to put them on the account so they could make the withdrawal if need be based on their need. Of course I had a former IRS employee now Lawyer/CPA write the letter for me and co-sign that letter.

IRS was able to threaten fines and other costs which WE accepted in letter back to them and that smart move which was my idea but needed careful legal review - IRS got all their money when I was ready to had it over - They got perhaps 25% more in fines? To many years to remember and I made one hell of a small fortune for making that LEGAL Move -

And according to the Former Federal Judge who was on my Attorneys staff - He said I was far more on the Legal edge of the law then OTHER which is all that counts - Many tymes audited which is ok cause each tyme IRS owned me more cash back LOL after a while no more Audits n wonder y LoL

You must be aware at least two mods have to leave such in order to get their advanced degrees and it appears there progress has been most excellent so far. Yes its possible to do PhD on line but that is not how ''THEY' are going about it

And you damn well no I have climbed out of mine based on the 10,000 web proofs. And Sigh soon I will climb out again for my daily beach run and the TIDE is so high high hit as in 10 myle high at momento which means a horrid amount of up hill running and down hill and up again - Will love the Endorphin blast that will ease the pain that climbing up hill gives me on these hill climbs but I DO NOT get that drug relief until about 5 miles into the run. -

I live in So California. The house I live in and all past houses Condos and back to first married years of 1st Apt - further back to kiddlet from age b4 birth as still in womb - all those houses and not one of them have basements - I have never once in life been to a house in So Cal with a basement- Not saying they do not exist but betting its like .001% or less?

Now of course we do have many many parking garages for business's malls where such is underground and in fact a few years ago two of my BMW's ended up under water because my driveway rite off the Coast 101 hwy - Driveway goes down one floor to a basement like parking under ground space and massive rain and street drain blocked up and used my driveway n underground parking to become a pool n flood cars to make them Insurance owners but I ended up with two fucking deductibles of several thousand bucks loss - Pump failed with over load so it had to be replaced at full cost!

Now I have triple pumps installed and upside outside a back up diesel generator as failed power back up which u can be sure I got clients to pay for cause well they had that extra cash n I did NOT

Thanks for letting me vent - Mick Romney soon to be Neighbor of Irwin Jacobs my former University EE Professor and founder of Qualcomm - Mick tore down a very nice house and is building as I rite a far more complex underground car parking basement with a car elevator to move it a couple stories - no shit his elevator n parking is costing him several million to build just that part

Oh and yes next to cars is a large extra Frig and a full regular freezer full of mostly ICE Bags of Ice currently and of course cabinets for storage - So IF no car parked its possible to move in beds and make that space a actually basement so no I no live in but my cars do -
