Plan is Steamed Clams but they may have to be put out to Pasteur and replaced with Shrimp inside Avocado
Steak a Honking huge Steak because its rare I eat such a hunk of meat (usually Roast over Bar-B-Q) and just a few slices. Its a full one pounds of aged beef now marinating in some very very old Bordeaux, which will be sauted down with onions n mushrooms for topping of steak
Fresh Green Beans picked from fields 2day just 8 miles east of where I live - Okra yes Okra on the side also grow next to beans - Okra cooked for just 4 mins or so in boil H2O - Slimy Seedy Okra good for a balance of too much Beef for my Blood system as the Okra acts as a plunger plus I really love the stuff that many just hate
Huge Baked Potato Sliced in 1/2 after baking with dab of olive oil and finished to a bit of crisp on the Bar-B-Q as steak cooks up to RARE at 115 degrees MAX internal temp
Banana split dessert
ALL ALL After dancing for hours n hours with of course a very fyne Red Wine not yet decided upon - the old Bordeaux for marinade is the dregs of bottle left in frig from last wine venture

A linguiça sandwich with melted provolone and black olives. The provolone was too salty.

Tonight its a new batch of Fresh Clams for steaming as Appetizer. Leftover cold roast chicken because I only at a leg and drumstick from Fridays early pre dancing supper. Small baked potato at room temp Baby thin asparagus, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, grilled as left overs from my steak dinner. Grilled Peach, 1979 Mayacamas Vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Portuguese sausage sandwich indeed. I bought it at a portuguese bar here, along with some draught beer.

Damn around here its a 30 minute trip to go to Point Loma San Diego a sea food fishing port once famous for Tuna - area loaded with Portuguese and shops that carry linguiça.
One of my long term sweet dance partners is Portuguese and has made those sandwich for me. Festival every year in street for miles but its always at same day as another festival I attend
