Ceaser Salad Created/Invented just 45 miles South of me in Baja California by Ceaser himself I make salads OFTEN. Take me at least 1.5 hours to make wot I make. Last one featured Cajun fish as topping - others are more often Shrimp lots of Cold spicy with Lemon or Lime Shrimp on bed of Avocado which is on bed of three kinds of Lettuce and never ever that junk lettuce most people use in USA
Diced Red n Yellow n Orange Bell Peppers - Heirloom tomatoes (taste n colours) Diced and also sliced Cucumbers (each offers a different mouth feel so sliced and diced works more better)
Garbanzo beans & White French beans. Some times fresh green beans IF they are shocking Green Fresh of colour -
The Ceaser Salad Dressing takes at least 20 minutes to prepare - In a restaurant where its made on the spot it only takes 12 minutes or so but they cheat with pre chopped garlic and pre measured out Mustard and other Ceaser dressin fixings
Olives n Croutons and no photo on web comes close to the huge bowl of Salad I make for self or double up on if sharing with GF's.
Home made garlic bread on side which means the real deal - Toast Fresh Sourdough bread from Bread n Cie (Dessert maker for Wolf Gang Pucks resturants turned bread maker which GREAT Success) almost $5 bucks a loaf now - Slice Bread Toast dip in super fresh Olive Oil and put in oven to crisp up more and when out of oven when Salad is ready to serve just rub a clove of Garlic on toast raw garlic as much as can be rubbed b4 bread breaks - Only way to make Garlic bread fit for Ceaser Salad

I dont think there is science in it, its just the chance of having a black-ish phenotype at more than 1/16 is very slim. 1/16 implies something like great-great-great grandparent. Think how far that is.
