Me? I got to 4 1/4 year without missing a day and then then but hey I tried - prior to I swam no break daily laps for about 1.5 years but in outback of Australia no swimming pool to do laps
Running was tricky re Kangaroos apparently like runners to be run down. I still tried but in summer mean HEAT - NOPE - and in Dubbo and other areas of the outback at midnight Christmas when I was in Church for a Catholic mass - 115 degrees got that at Midnight
Running in such weather was NOT an option for me no way no how
