Went out smoking in a break at a meeting. Some girls also went out smoking but i kept my distance, this gigantic bitch comes out of some bank and starts yelling at the girls that they can't smoke there. but the girls are on the pedestrian path which does not belong to her or the bank. The past few days have been filled with women JUST LIKE THAT, that annoying tone of voice thing. So i was about to say something which was supposed to show her the error of her ways but instead i yelled incoherent things at her and she just ran away. But those girls just stood there frozen and didn't say anything for the rest of the meeting.

That was just the scene I was picturing given OP's description. Also, you might want to adjust the sensitivity on your Matt detector as you are getting false positives.
