Buy the box in supermarket AND AND Make them Balls and then put in Frig until Frig chilled which as verified makes dem Balls much lighter when cooked UP
Like who is going to buy a box of Matzo and grind it up? Mom does but ME Never ever not once.
Forget where I learned to do that chill part but probably from a Julia Childs show where she does the French Version of Matzo balls cept they are called Quennells which are similar to Jewish Gilfilta fish which are similar to Matzo balls which are similar to a number o Chinese Dem Sum
Oh and having worked/lived in Israel - items like Matzo balls or Pastrami on Rye or the WORLD of so called Jewish foods except a Roast Chicken 0 nada such does not exist except in tourista hotels
