I have eaten a fair amount of Beef Carpaccio which is totally raw beef so perhaps next tyme I need to ask them to shave the heart as to get some of that soul.
Not often and its rare yet if Sushi chef decides to offer me a special pre dinner treat, it might contain a bit of the fishes heart n of course raw

Ran out of tyme for a legit variety off wide range of Italian foods from that fest - Lots of Pastas Too many bad and only one great squid/calamari
And lots n lots of Pizza's of course which since I like crisp crust fest Pizza just to soggy for my taste so last post of this morning/afternoon will be (and its not even from San Diego Fest its New York City Italian fest - Festivals are very very good things and usually they are FREE to attend - Mine 2day not even parking charge but one does have to walk a bit in nice hood
