United States v. Irby, the court held the six year statute began to run on the last act of evasion. Mr. Irby used nominee trusts to conceal his assets many years after he failed to file. I favor and not that many others do - Champagnes that are high in yeast aroma like fresh baked bread and yeast in the high notes as in FORWARD very Forward
Few houses make such and none under $65-85 so for mostly holidays I do pay such - Cognacs even far more -
Just lucky I buy based on blind tasting with friends doing the brown paper bag method so no clue what is in the bag and the wine has to stand on own - So on occasion a $18 dollar wine beats a 35-50 dollar bottle - Even a few $12 which beat $60 bottles

Given I have spent re trips over years a small fortune in education for the fun/hobby its something you want to do but based on your current lock up re lack of talent to make it in the world of filling your wallet - u just lose out
