He used to be funny and quaint, with his meaningless ramblings. But lately, he has gone batshit crazy, totally off the deep end. I doubt the poor old guy can even dress himself anymore.

> Similar to laws that make it illegal to Gamble on USA Pres race IN the USA but ok if you do it offshore from USA. Buttt not ok to transfer Money Toooooo the offshore Gamble house like Intrade. But IF one has off shore account at bank like Romeny had or Vodaphone set up for me then its 100% legal to transfer funds from say France to Intrade in Ireland.
> Funny how since IRS wants its cut it legal to move that money Won and I did at 2:1 odds from Ireland to my B of A account multiple times a day. LAW Very tricky. Law works for you IF you know how to work that law in favor of your side.

> Reminds me of the tyme I sat before a table filled with the best n brightest legal advisers available on one area of the law and stated my needs. They heeemmmmed and hawwwwed for about one hour and asked me to step outside
> On return they informed me that they could NOT advise me cause to do so wood mean they wood be breaking the law. Then they went into Hypothetical dis n dat. You know Hypothetically if we were to tell you xyxn a that would be illegal advise.
> I got wot I needed and in fact for a business reason I did break IRS laws. Butttttttt I dictated a letter and in person handed that letter over to the IRS agent in charge and that letter detailed how I was about to break several IRS regulations but my intent was to make it all ok and pay any and all fines assigned. That letter did the trick.
> I think it cost me 25% more money but by doing wot I did I saved a ton of money and got piece of mind plus a small business victory. Hell I broke a ton of IRS regulations to build a business and then IRS got one hell of a lot more then If I had just let the company go belly up.
> You can break the law but one must have the law on ones side to win and be free or more then free

When the rubber meets the road. As long as the IRS gets their cut with complete Transparent documentation, they are happy and stay quiet. Actually Audits are a pain in the ass, because they eat up tyme and I never go in without a great CPA/Attorney who used to be an IRS agent. That is not a friendship kind of thing because I pay a hefty fee WHICH the IRS allows to be deducted.
The good news is that only once did an audit cost me $$$ and that was a divorce thing I did on purpose - That is I failed to file a tax return two years in a row AND wrote the IRS and told them about my plan and my willingness to pay on demand. It frankly was one more way to beat Gloria Allred in a game of wits and I won and the interest and penalty were chump change.
Several other audits have resulted in more cash back for me
