No... I think that Hindu guy is a new force. Or some new persona from a BBS troll.
Though I do find it odd how the BBS scene seems to semi-regularly gain some new poster with a really weird or obnoxious persona. It's feasible that the place isn't just regularly attracting new lunatics, and it's just a few dedicated trolls inventing personas.
