Oh and recently I have added more miles to the daily run but as I told Bobby in PM month or so ago I do NOT always do 10 daily. NOT in Summer heat. IF I can get out at sunrise b4 heat as 2day then its the full 10 or as 2day more like 11 or 12 and need to take phone to GPS the distance. Major route change every Thursday to pick up a copy of the SD Reader on way home.
Added miles is to make up for days I do less then 10 BUT its never like only 7 its always as close to 10 as I can get. Its life saving running re HDL and Endorphins just do not happen if I do less then say 7 miles a day. Endorphins I R hooked On

Damn man that was ages ago. Nor did I pay anyone. Yes its true I offered to cover certain costs but NO one wood take a dime. He had a long line of people he new who hated just despised him and he ends up inviting a number of them over. He is also totally aware of who inserted the software in2 his computer and a couple of other devices he had. He also got something good for free. He had failed to sync up a couple of things and later he must have discovered all of a sudden he had such synced up lol. Its also unfortunate that some stuff from devices ended up in hands of the PhD committee. That sure was not my intention. Couple of 2-4 of those he knew in person ended up in war with each other about how far they were willing to go to make life fucked for him. Medicines also in a couple of cases made no sense re conflicts with common sense
