More often then I wood be willing to admit so this is only Hypothetical. I live on a bluff just above a beach. Small boats filled over filled with Illegal aliens all to often land on beach near by or my beach and run for the hills which is the only way out. There are limited number of public stairways up to top of Bluff nor is it possible to climb the steep bluff

So the only way OUT is stairs and there are very very few private stairs and all locked - BUT perhaps not locked?

I have no problem with those who need to get away from a difficult Mexico envio - getting some help getting out

Now I fully admit this ,May be Illegal help - I once at a Border check point was behind a van and van doors open with Mother n child kicked to pavement. I waved them to my car and open door and they got in back seat and we got to border crossing check point inside San Diego area and we were waved through - It was difficult to figure out where they wanted to be dropped off

Now in my defense In FACT there is NO Way to No if they were Legal or Not - Its not my biz to ask for papers that wood be rude. Mom n kid needed help and help they got

I live in Cardiff by the Sea a very small hamlet/village that is only 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego and at this momento IF I hopped in my car I could be at the Mexico border in under 22 minutes.
