Topic: What is a Hindu date?

Do Hindus even date? I thought it was against the religion. I have gone on dates with girls. But I don't think any of them were Hindu. I am Hindu though. Would I say a Hindu prayer at the beginning of the date? Or do I need to bring my mom and have the girl bring her mom as chaperones?
