I mean, choosing between independence and being controlled by England? The choice is so clear. Ugh, it would have been so much fun to see England lose more power but no, the Scottish people believed they would be shit without England. Maybe after 20 years those old assholes will die and there will be a new vote on it.
Like i can't be the only one who sees it as humiliating for the Scottish people? I bet that a lot of scottish people had to deal with asshole english people talking crap to them all the time. Its just a damn shame A DAMN SHAME.

I am under the impression that the english part acts like a asshole and the Scottish part acts like nothing is wrong while imagining some kind of horrible revenge fantasy which involves the skinning of english children bur you are right i have no idea how things actually work there but still, (thanks to last week) i imagine it as a marriage where england is always able to convince Scotland to deal with the abuse because they are better off even though the path without abuse is far better.

It is fucking humilliating, they were finally given the chance that their nation has been waiting for hundreds of years and they botched it and choose to stay with the fucking brits, but Scotland barely has a claim to indepence nowadays, they are the same shit as the rest of the brits, just with a different accent.
