@OP
Buy one and have a blast, just don't use it for jumping. Those old bikes can have weak spots in the frame from years of riding/jumping, one hard landing and it could snap along with your leg/ankle.

yeah its a honda ts100 or so, im not planning on doing jumps or bullshit like that, just gonna use it from getting from a-b, the price is right and hondas seem pretty easy to maintain
i saw a lifan c90 clone that is up for sale as well, they've gotten good reveiws but that one is 1200 compared to the 500 i'd be spending, but if i bought that it would at least be brand new.

wear a helmet, op. and "leathers" aren't just for looking "awesome," and if you don't get those at least get proper riding apparel. flip flops, shorts and a tee shirt are a really bad idea.

I already know about that stuff, its common sense to pretty much everyone
one day i figure i can work up to a ktm or something, thats what i'd really like, adventure bikes look cool and much more stabile, crotch rockets and harleys/choppers look ridiculous, id rather just have a bigass dirt bike, luckily thats what adventure bikes are. Though id really like to get a bmw f800gs one day, that or the ktm/klr/whatever the fuck its called
