Matt and syntax don't get along because you can't bullshit a bullshitter. They see through each others lies, protip: It's all lies, every post they try to expose each others lies, and then they try to out lie each other in a one-upmanship lie off for unknown reasons. It's a 15 year feud where at best it's down to who ever dies first loses by default. I'm not so sure syntax will die first either. I think he just lives on out of spite.

I think I find Syntax to be the slightly more likeable of the two. I think it's because he comes across as... Less malicious? More genuine? While Matt will always quickly revert to tired schtick and a false persona, Syntax can at least talk normally about some things, as if he's a real person and not a walking persona. You can actually have a genuine conversation with him about something, sometimes.
