Doing this QUICK - Was supposed to be on a plane heading to WDC AFTER a fantastic Beer Festival which I picked instead of a Whiskey Festival (Mostly Single Malt Scotch's) and Picked to be walking distance to Airport BUT Client called with a tiny issue so now back home working out a bug THEY stuck in my PERL Script (No one of sound mind should ask me to rite code!!) Just because something is on the web and is public DOES NOT mean I am free to use it when its on a clients web site. I see things on OTHER Clients web sites I wood never publish because I consider a bit of it as trash or worse.

I used to be free it total to post just about anything I wanted to and then there was the Day SEC jumped all over me with slap on wrist. They were in error about me using inside information to make a point. I also did my best to hint wayyyyy back about a stock selling dirt cheep at 25 cents a share - perhaps going up because it had one of two choices - to go back in2 bankruptcy OR to make a simple change.

Stock had been de-listed by NASDAQ which drove value of stock to a very low point. So the company who was very open on web about wanting NEEDING to jump through New York Stock Exchange tough as shit requirements to be listed - Did just that.

I wood have gotten in serious legal trouble IF I were to have suggested to people here that they buy the stock. I did lay out all the facts and of course borrowed a lot of money to buy all I could. And sure enough when Listed the stock jumped UP and then Up and then Up. Of course it could have gone the other way as Facebook did. Then again Facebook fully recovered and has made so many a lot of money BUT I was not one of them. I chose not to invest in Facebook.

My silly investment in Yahoo a while back ends up shocking me on Friday. I did buy into Alibaba's IPO on Friday but did NOT get in on the bottom price but I sure as hell sold at a higher price then closing - Sold only 50% of what I bought and will pay IRS a hefty cut of my winnings. BUT I had no clue Yahoo was in so deep owning Alibaba and all of a sudden Yahoo is CASH Rich very Rich with extra billions all in one day and they maybe smarter the me by only selling off 25%

Yahoo made only 5 BILLION or so in a few hours and still owns 37 Billion and because they bought long ago they pay almost nothing in tax's re the gain.

I have no clue if Yahoo will share their winnings with me re dividend nor did the value of my Yahoo stock jump way up after they made a killing in real cash on Friday

AND no I did not mention this stock here because I don't consider it a technical stock and I only suggest stocks that are in the Tech arena Usually!

Consulting pays very good VERY VERY Good. One is ones own Employer and in theory One is ones own boss. In theory then One is running a business and one can set ones business policy.

In practice of course One very quickly finds out that the Customer is always right and All Consulting Contracts from Clients come with lots of boiler plate contract terms and pages n pages of terms and conditions. Becky could probably post volumes of the Legal Jargon that can be pulled off of Lexus/Nexus.

So wot I can do is very much controlled by pages and pages of contract terms. You are free to pull just about anything off the web and re-post it albeit you are constantly reminded about Copyright laws/abuse/rules/ and most ignore much of that.

I have no ideal of how many sites any image appears on. Images of any kind originate on a site and end up migrating to places such as here or there or maybe nowhere.

So Qualcomm started to buy Mountain top locations and transmitters and got many going and fully operational - After winning a bid at auction to buy the old TV channel 55 &56 nation wide. AT&T bid but a weak bid cause they did not care for the spectrum as something they once had near by and got rid of it all back when the first car phones hit the market as Ma Bell products.

DUMB as FUCK AT&T cause Airtouch Verizon made the same mistrake and later thought better of that poor decision and had to buy STUFF BACK Fast at very high prices - Those Frequencies are far far far more better then wot is currently being used - Building Penetration nor do Trees n leaves cause call drops.

So lets say Qualcomm wins the bid at Auction for just under $700 million bucks and spends another $150 million for mountain top locations n transmitters and engineers to develop the system except of course the cost of devices in LG & Samsung paid. AND Verizon tosses in lots of cash to get in on the action.

PRODUCT fails to excite as NetFlix and others like Hulu and the many clones offer up TV for Cellphones people already have in pocket.

I was rite PRODUCT was a Loser - I end up WRONG cause that Spectrum has SHOT up in value and many many now want to buy as FCC has been super slow on selling anything new - Qualcomm buys at under $700 Million and Sells to AT&T on bended Knees for $1.925 billion and they PAY EVEN More but alas YOU wood have to figure that out - AND THOSE DAMN Fools held back from using wot they bought cause all of a sudden they might just see it pours more money into Verizon the competitor and Qualcomm the seller -

BUT DAMN Fools spent the money and are supposed to make money on money spent - Me cannot figure such non-sense OUT -

So back 2 what is a company worth? Its total value as one example I typed a while back on books is about $5 billion - small company - Spectrum on the other hand may be worth 50 to 100+ Billion

So If if YOU were that small company wood you not look at how you might make money on wot you cannot sell but maybe share?
