Originally came in from severe dehydration, now I can't get rid of this dizziness and they won't release me until they know what is causing it. I am having an MRI sometime today.

no, I was hiking the Appalachian Trail, got sick, ended up having diarrhea, and throwing up. Hiked back to nearest town, passed out, and someone called 911. The doc said even though I had plenty of water with me, the sickness drained my body of too much fluid.
