you can make any porno you want. i think the issue is about publishing more than making. how would they know you made it unless you try to distribute it? then there'd be laws that prevent specific acts, like bestiality or something like rape, that are governed by laws that have nothing to do with making pornography.

so i think you're thinking of a whole lot of little laws that aren't really "obscenity laws" preventing people from "making pornography."
