Getting help isn't something to be ashamed of.
It's best to try and understand your feelings and come to grips with highs and lows. You won't be happy all the time and you won't be depressed all the time. When you learn to deal with both then you can move along with life. Why do you like to see yourself bleed? Is there a reason?
