Limo waiting 2 pick up Thee Re off 2 lunch ready to close real estate deal to fill wallet with CASH CASH CASHYea but not to work there. Used it years ago as a test model to fly over and map the underground areas in photo detail. I and crew doing the R&D for imaging radar, only looked in areas under ground that failed to resolve out clearly in imaging photos. Can say we as group which varied from say 8-12 and often the aircraft was a very very old DC-3 but more often a Boeing 707 Gov based frame - As group we had full 100% no limit access to any place we wanted to look. No lingering nor asking any questions of people working cause the rule is IF YOU HAVE NO Reason to Know then you dare NOT ask wots up.
AND This was b4 the so called hidden Alien Space ship stuff, so we were not exactly looking for such. On one other project and it was a much different group we were there with STUFF to get all those who had cameras trained on the area and gawkers to turn 180 degrees AS TO distract them. We all got into much trouble with management re over doing IT.
Can say one so called Alien event was man made and WE sure did one hell of a great con job but alas it made the news which made our bosses very very angry
I R an Ocean loving Ocean a Blue dwelling human being and both Roswell (New Mexico) n Area 51 (Nevada) is HOT HOT Mean as Sin Hell on Earth place 2B. Labs at either location were NOT places I would work at on weekly/monthly basis. So Zero Roswell other then occasional work visits for short periods n limited to project I was working on. Both are mostly UNDERGROUND Labs and WE did Image map Roswell n 51 and only because there were very few places underground to use as models. 51 with the Edwards Air base connection in recent years is all about Stealth aircraft - Jets n Drones which is stuff I never had any design hands on experience with at ALL - None Nada never ever. Roswell? Limited number of days in labs over many many years. Bottom line is a Lab is a Lab. Location has not much to do with wot goes on OTHER then at 51 they have major amounts of flying state of art fighter/recon/ jets on ground or in hangers or UNDERGROUND so No see as say the first Stealths.
I never had anything to do with Stealth aircraft design. That said the Radar systems inside them jets YES but only on R&D level and nada that actually ended up as a box used in a fleet design. My designs were far to state of art for end product use.

All of the houses/condos are ocean view places and that salt air is a burden re what goes wrong - - for instance outside wood stair front & back in one has hit me with a $8,000 bill in wood and footing replacement this year.
I fully admit to taking advantage of the crash of the market and bought "stuff" below or at book value and dumped some to take the gain REAL Fast but have held on to about 50% for the long haul.
Yes on paper 401K's and there are several and all have red at moment - but history of market as everyone knows - Solid stuff RISES RISES -

Well according to one poster on TC, Pipes do not freeze then expand n burst n spill contents inside walls in Mission hills hood of Boston Mass.
This is good 2No cause then that Mold that grew n grew over a two year period when house was unoccupied, had not a chance of causing allergy or health issues as No one wazzzz home.
Later n bought when people were moving in brand new furniture for the home I bought for my daughter....they all commented on a musty odor and stuff growing on inside walls. Interesting that movers who do this back breaking work all day for little pay, took the tyme to call supervisors with concerns that the new furniture might bcum contaminated and I the new owner wood want my money back for moldy defective stuff
Now given Harvard Medical School does serious research, perhaps they wood have coveted the mold n even found a bit of it edible or hallucinatory, then again much of it was probably spores from neighbors moldy bread n just needed a safe haven to grown n multiply.
Of course non of this happened cause the enlightened TC poster said pipes don't freeze much less burst so all that money I spent which I did not have, was just a scam to keep economy growing n putting plumbers 2 work n construction people busy in rebuild n then of course I had to lease a condo for daughter for one year which also helped income of locals n RE agent.
