It's been a year, and he wanted it very much apparently. We figured he'd get another shot since it's easy to re-ban china as a whole like it has been. It was becky's idea initially, but it was first discussed with a few staff members and me. In the end, I was the only one who could disable the country-wide block & a few more custom ones.
