Nope. No blanket deletes, some individual posts may be deleted if you can present a good argument (containing dox or whatever) on why they should be and they're no longer in a recently active topic. You'll have much less luck with anonymous posts, since they're anonymous.

Mostly site policy. There are also no tools for blanket deletes in place, and I'd have to work on the database manually to do that which I prefer not to do. Depending on your posting habits it may also be technically difficult, if the posts are not all linked to the same UID or IP.

The fact that this content is so easily searched from Google concerns me, though. Due to sloppy security practices on my part, it's entirely conceivable that some random potential employer could find this all through a chain of as few as three Google searches.
Is blanket changing poster names possible? As in name → anonymous. That'd keep the posts there while reducing ease in correlating posts with me.

Alright, so I'm willing to change all occurances of a name associated with your UID to something else (not anonymous). So, to clarify, I will change the name attached to all posts posted by one or multiple UIDs you can prove ownership of, from name A to name B. You will have to provide the name you want it to be changed FROM (A), and the name it will be changed TO (B). Tripcodes and anonymous posts will remain untouched, and posts that previously were NOT anonymous will still not become anonymous.
It is up to you to decide the name that it will be changed to, it can be completely nonsensical for all I care. You will have to figure out the name(s) that you want to be changed from, and the UIDs that these posts belong to (if necessary you can link to an individual post and I will use the UID associated with that). Once you have gathered all this information reply to the PM that I just sent you (it can be found in your inbox at any time).

It's a very selfish thing to ask, I think. Doing so (for any poster) would delete hundreds of topics, and make thousands of threads nonsensical. If you fear employers searching you, I would recommend sanitizing your social media of anything you don't want them to see.

If you're that worried about stuff attached to your name, why not spend that time cleaning up your Twitter/Facebook/whatever accounts (or create some if you don't have any). Or make a personal website or something, even if it's just your name + contact. Even if r04r does change your name in these threads, you're still going to have posts all over the site where users refer to you by your name. Seems like a waste of time.
