Transsexuals are sufferers of a somatoform hypochondriacal psychosis whereby they fetishistically idealise the internalized, co-opted identity of femininity in a sexualized manner, vie to transform their bodies to reflect this idealisation and completely realize this autogynephillic fetishistic fantasy, and manipulate their hormonal environment in such a manner as to enhance their sexual performance, and thus further the thrills derived from their voyeurism of the secretive knowledge that they have perverted their natural course and deceived all of those to gratify their delusional fantasies.
