This is a typical eating day for me.
Breakfast: Half a can of SPAM™, sliced and fried, two peaches, a liter of coffee
Lunch: The other half can of SPAM™, but with some oranges instead of peaches, and water instead of coffee
Dinner: A good serving of fresh meat (2 or 3 chicken drumsticks) a small salad, some grapes or plums or some other fruit.
This is how I eat on weekdays at least. Breakfast is eaten in the car on the way to work (Houston has hellish traffic jams in rush hour, so it's no trouble at all to eat while crawling along at 5-10mph). Lunch is also eaten in the car, because I have a weird psychological need to be alone and completely out of the workplace during lunch. Spam has been chosen because it is cheap and comes in a homogeneous block, which can be easily sliced and inserted into ziploc bags. I also actually like it a lot, as food.

This option was considered, but the nearest McDonalds™ to my work is about 30 minutes away, thus I would have no time to McEat the McFood on my one McHour lunch break.

You're eating over a 1,000 calories a day in spam alone. Consider a replacement like boiled eggs, bacon, or roasted turkey. You'd have to eat around a dozen boiled eggs per day to replace the spam calories! You could eat 3 boiled eggs for breakfast and 3 for lunch and it'd still be less than 500 calories.
If you're serious about losing weight it's pretty easy to do, calories in calories out. Uh, if you're serious I'd be glad to help. I'm sitting at a leanish 179 and I eat fine. No six pack yet, but I'll make it.
