The paradox is partially explained by the latter's larger volume of myelin fiber as a ratio to grey matter, but even when this is taken into account, negroid intellect should be predicted higher. The two other hypothesis offered for it are not cogently convincing in that they have no explanatory value.
I'm most convinced by this explanation: the negroid womb's dearth of estrogen (negroids lacking an enzyme to convert it from testosterone) results in higher levels of its neurodegenerative pre-cursor, and with negroids having higher androgen receptivity, they are particularly prone to its adverse effects, notwithstanding the myelin fiber's qualitative decline.
Why are we not feeding negroid women with anti-androgens to give their offspring an in-utero boost?

Not saying this in support of OP's faux-scientific racism, but, interesting factoid, a bigger brain doesn't necessarily equal a higher IQ. I recall watching a documentary in college where they tested IQ and performed brain scans, and they guy with the highest IQ had the smallest brain compared to the other participants.

Most studies place the correlation between IQ and brain size at 0.92.
