An interesting thought experiment. Say there is a set of conjoined twins, one commits a murder, and the other is wholly innocent, not an accessory, and even calls the police removing the notion that they would be aiding a criminal. And suppose it can be known for certain which twin committed the crime. It's all on video or something.
What, legally should be done? Do you punish an innocent man in order to not let the guilty go unpunished or do you let a guilty man go free in order to not let the innocent be punished.
I think one's answer to this is a good indication of one's moral values, and view of how the legal system should work. And I do think being completely unsure says something too.

Noggin To Noggin this fall on NBCs new line up. They were accused of a double murder they didn't commit and have been living undercover and in the run in Noggin To Noggin.(Edited 1 minute later.)

Well they would both have to be locked up for the safety of society. So you could giveone treats and not the other. For instance, the goodt twin gets nice food, entertainment and conjugal visits. The bad twin gets baby food, and is forced to indure sensory deprivation.
