I ask because where I just recently moved and sunrise here is around 5:30 AM. I don't even fucking sleep until around that time. I'm used to sunrise at 6:30 AM. I hate sleeping when the fuking sun is out.

Around six, but that's sort of what we keep DST around for anyway. It's always "around six-ish" here. Of course, time of sunrise -and the variation in times- is going to vary by season, latitude, local time zones, etc.
