Sometimes i think crazy things, like i will be extra careful with the letters i receive by my boss, thinking he has put some kind of a poison in it. Sure of course i don't believe it now, but as i was opening the letter i was extra careful until i realized what i was thinking was insane
No not really, but the point is that i can't tell myself if i really believed in these thoughts or not.

They aren't always bad thoughts, like i thought (or not) that i had discovered a revolutionary way of looking at movement, and that because of that very important discovery, people from the future were traveling back in time and getting a glimpse of me while pretending to be normal everyday present people

Well, you're probably fine then if your life isn't being disrupted.
As for the letter, well, people's behaviour can change when they think that there's some risk to them, even if they know that it's a silly thought and there is no real danger. But you knew that the thought was irrational, and that's a sure sign of sanity.

well... maybe i do, but what i find to be the most unsettling problem is that i am unsure if what i think, is really what i think. I sometimes reflect upon memories but then there is this terryfinf moment when i realize that maybe they are all made up since i remember them in third person view, as if in a video game.

I even try to reassure myself by going through these online tests for mental illness, but then i don't even finish them because almost all of them are questions about feelings or thoughts, and i honestly have no clue what it is that i feel or think

Sounds to me like your main problem is that you're getting too worked up over these thoughts. They don't seem to be doing you any real harm, so just try not to take them seriously.
Sorry I can't say much more than "don't worry", but it really might help. Some things are only as negtive as you make them out to be, and all that. Mindset is important.

No it means a lot to me, its not like i expect you to have a silver tongue. Its probably all just about lack of confidence, not wanting to sound sure about something.

@OP
Do you hear voices or suffer from delusions such as Tesco are sending hitmen after you for not purchasing Tesco Car Insurance? If not, you are fine.
