On occasion you may have noticed? I look at time stamps of just one pedo poster here

You might review mine a bit after I post I am going for a run - might appear it takes me hours n hours but after a run I end run by hanging with friends here on my beach. Unless I see a light that shines bright in one of several colours up at my patio letting me no if alarms have come in from Satellite in need of baby sitting - For sure there is a regular crew located in Covington La and one near San Jose in a private protected location. I get handed the worst cases at the highest risk of personal failure - and there are other clients who beg for attention - Unless I see a bright orange or red light I just let those yellow lites alone and blue usually has to wait as well. Unless yellow or blue flashes I just play after a run and hope the last thing you see me doing is quickly back here or elsewhere on net

Oh and notice not one person has ever asked me how long I take to do 10 LoL and I do keep a runners diary and am behind by two days soooooo --------->

Have Marine fitness manual which gives simple tests for fitness. Includes a timed one mile run and same for fast walk. They do allow slower for age believe it or not. I still meet the basic times but one day will for sure fail and and well failure is just not an option. Speeds anyway mean nada cause one day its wet hard to move on sand and the next may be hard packed
