This was taken at an african conference for a better Africa. Dr. Welfareo pictured here with his wife of twenty years prepares to give a speech on new cardiac surgery techniques for baboons. Killer lettuce was said to be in attendance. Dr. Welfareo received the coveted spear chucker award for displaying cannibal traits above and beyond that of a witch doctor.(Edited 44 seconds later.)
