Yes. Voter fraud is a major problem in minichan polls, and this is the only means to stop it. I would also suggest a poll tax to keep out -- foreigners -- fraudulent voters.

I don't understand how ANYONE can be again voter identification, unless they consciously want to destroy us. It's disturbing.

You really think Minichan posters are are unique to Minichan and don't roam or that the same doesn't applies to posters from other Chans. We are all involved with other chans there is no such thing as a Minichan poster (or poor soul if there is!!)

I have no problem with rule-abiding immigrants who have gone through the process to become legal fora citizens with valid user IDs. What I can't abide by, though, is the swarm of undocumented posters coming here to vote in our polls and post in our topics.

This is an entirely different concept to whether or not somebody uses Minichan exclusively. Anyone who posts here can be considered a Minichan poster. But, since you're actually referring to people who post exclusively on Minichan and not the other BBSs, sure, they exist. I'm such a person.
