Have you always felt that? How did you discover that, and what convinces you?

I had actually wanted to be a mortician when I was younger, but then realized that I was too chatty. I found out that I'm very good dealing with dying people, and also postmortem care.

Postmortem care, you say? Why didn't you mention this sooner? He could really use somebody looking out for him.

I really am convinced that life has no objective meaning, and that I have no real reason for being here. And I find that comforting, destiny is more of a scary concept to me than a comforting one. I like that I can choose my own path in life, that I can piss it all away if I choose, or I can do something great, and memorable. It's all up to me.

Pun on my handle aside, I actually do find that very interesting. Do you not fear death yourself?

I used to be very afraid. But its gotten better because I know thats its inevitable. I'm also less worried about getting dementia, or ending up wheelchair bound for this reason.

fearing death is for pussies and long-term planners. don't worry about anything past the weekend and death won't be a concern.
