Salad cream was not readily available in the United States until the 21st century (though Miracle Whip provided a similar, if thicker alternative); however, with the large population of British expatriates, especially in the Northeast, it is becoming more common. Apart from many expat stores, major retail supermarket chains such as New York-based Wegmans, Maine-based Hannaford, Massachusetts-based Stop and Shop, Florida-based Publix, Michigan-based Meijer, and California-based Fresh & Easy (formerly owned by British Tesco) now sell salad cream as a regular item. Many supermarkets sell national and store brands of salad dressing which resemble salad cream.
Doubt Fresh and Easy (Tesco now sold) did not even carry Hard Cider - I bet I do no a British shop that carries it and will look for it next tyme I need my Plum Pudding fix at X-Mas

They are two different things first off, second off miracle whip is much more expensive than just regular mayo

No opinion on Kraft - I only invest in things I understand and have some expertise on with few exceptions - I Do invest for a quick gain on anything when I can see a reason to from news.
So since you asked - 5 years it sure looks stable - Over those 5 no matter what price one paid for it - if held on2 one made some money - Worst case loss in the 5 years wood be 10% if one bought at high in july 2013 and sold aug 2013 - holding on at any point could have been profitable +15 bucks if one got it 5 years ago. I make that much per share gain when I am playing market for fast quick gains WHICH I am not doing this week but might next week
Via edit - Me make $15/share on quick turnarounds - NOT that often - more like 5 or $7
