I said my lips were shut re SEC laws in USA. So when you view this CNBC Video - Stock Market story - First part is about a company I have not mentioned much - Globalstar. Most of the story will be about Wifi new possibilities and YES its currently only about the USA and a possible huge jump in Wifi territory, & is more then just added spectrum.
