Most of the people I have known who are serious enough to fast during Ramadan (it's happening now) are really bitchy during the day. Because, you know, not eating or drinking any water during the day in the middle of fucking summer is a great idea! Smart move!
I respect anyone's right to do what they like to themselves on religious grounds, but I don't want to have to deal with the fallout.

That's a very narrow view, bud. Do you really think that racism against white people flat-out doesn't exist? Like, no instances of it? How about your previous statements about "white people"? If I were to make comparable generalised statements about "black people", or some other race, would you not view it as racism?
In my view, making generalisations like you've made against "white people" echoes the "us against them" mentality of racism, as well as the need to categorise them. Ultimately, I think it's a bad way to think that can cause harm.

Was not and is not my experience with Muslims. Have worked with huge numbers of them (Engineers) and cannot remember such a moment of difficulty during their fasting - of course I am not positive they fasted
