What does this mean? Do you mean we could vote on things with a new UID that was five minutes old? Do you mean it wouldn't influence how a thread is bumped? What influence are you talking about? Just a general thread rating by users? I'm pretty sure r04r will probably just tell you to get fucked, but please be more clear about what she will eventually tell you to get fucked about.

yes, no influence at all. the last ban has been placed weeks ago, self moderation works, nobody will abuse this
